Delete your Wafra account
You can delete your account at any time, free of charge.
From the app
Open the Wafra app, then: Profile → Account → Delete Account → Type "delete" to confirm → Delete Account. Your account is deleted immediately.
Without the app
Send us "Delete my account" from the email address or phone number registered to your account, to wafrasupport@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +962 77 510 5403. We delete the account within thirty (30) days at the latest, and we may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.
What is deleted
Your name, phone number, email address, reviews and photos, points, rewards and referrals, notifications, and the content of your messages to support.
What stays
The order records a Partner needs for its accounts and invoices, with nothing that identifies you. Any copies in backups are deleted when those backups expire. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Partners
If yours is a Partner account, contact us by email or WhatsApp to end the partnership and delete the account.
